I very much appreciate all the trouble you have gone to. This is not the first time I have written to Jackson`s to say “Well done”, your customer service is second to none. As an Adult Education Tutor I like to give my students an opportunity to try various products before they buy for themselves. Many are retired or on low incomes and this is a great help. I got this very nice comment today:
“I brought some Jackson’s Artist Oils recently, have to say they are a delight to use, the colours are so vibrant, these are the first artist oils I have used because they are normally out of my price range, they are so much better than my old brand, I could tell the quality was far superior as soon as I took the lid off the tubes.
I also like that you can buy it in large tubes, many artist oils of other brands are only available in small tube, when you paint as much as I do, large tubes is a must.

“I found the website very easy and straightforward to navigate, and going backwards and forwards to different pages was quick and easy, even on my old computer, which is very slow. I also really appreciate the fact that you carry such comprehensive stock of the particular item I was looking for, (Unison Pastels). No other website I looked at held such a good stock, and their prices were generally higher. (I only hope now that the things I ordered are actually in stock, and delivery is fairly fast).

Even when I inadvertently deleted the page, when I got it back again, my order was still there. It was easy to delete an item from the basket, although the request of ‘what do you want to do?’ made sure I didn’t delete something by accident. After the websites that stick and will not let me navigate from one page to another except at a snail’s pace, if ever, it was a pleasure to use.

Though not strictly a comment about the website, when I phoned to check on whether there was a white in the set of 36, the girl I spoke to was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.”

thank you. i am very new to art and have just started classes, i’m rubbish but keen, my art teacher told me about you and gave me a suggested list and i must say it was nice and easy to order from you……………much easier than my art work and the aftercare has been good too, lets hope i am thrilled with my order when it arrives………..oh by the way do you have magic pencils and magic paints i need all the help i can get.
