Jackson's Artists' Oil Colour
I’m sorely tempted to try Jackson’s own oils. The prices are certainly attractive. I’m used to using Winsor/Rowney Artists’ colours and Spectrum Artists’ colours (which are much better than Winsor/Rowney in my view). I’ve left it a bit late to replenish my paint supplies, so find myself having to replace many colours at once – this makes the price of the usual artist-quality brands prohibitive. So it would seem that there’s no time like the present to take the plunge!! I’ll report back how I find them once I’ve had a good use of them, and I thank those who’ve written in to Jackson’s for their feedback, as that’s given me some confidence to try them out for myself.

I love that people feel strongly enough about them to advise others, and it is great that it helped you decide.
They are excellent quality colours. Based on the paints you are used to using I think you will find the handling quality similar, so they should fit your painting style.
